Discover

We begin with a careful examination of your current situation, and map out a full picture around security, sustainability and any inefficiencies of the document and information flows in your organisation.

We can then begin to pinpoint areas of unnecessary waste and hassle in your print and capture processes that could be improved.

Design

Based on the findings highlighted in the Discover phase we then design a solution that will help you improve efficiency and advance your digital transformation strategy – leaving you free to concentrate on your core business.

During this process we design an Optimization Policy for your organization, supported by architecture underpinned by state-of-the-art cloud, secure, and sustainable solutions and services.

Transition & Implement

After we have designed a bespoke solution, we use our long-standing project management experience to oversee its implementation and introduction into your organisation.

Drawing on our expertise in change management, we work with your communication teams to deliver a seamless transition experience and long-standing simple user adoption.

Support & Manage

At the core of our MPS offering is Fleet Management service, through which we measure the print and scan output against agreed KPIs, providing maintenance and support to ensure high availability and maintain agreed SLAs. Alongside this we offer effective and efficient customer support, IT support and other digital services to help keep everything running smoothly.

Once up-and-running, we will continue to manage your solution in the long term, to make sure that everything is working as it should, and that it continues to meet your needs now and into the future.

Review

Canon Managed Print Services include regular reviews to ensure you’re enjoying the full benefits of the solution and that it remains optimised over time, meeting the evolving needs of your organization – not only in terms of performance, but important parallel goals such as security and sustainability.

We define clear contract governance so you can easily keep track of when, how and with whom we will review the status of your MPS contract. And most importantly, as part of this review process we will highlight new possible areas for your business development, for example opportunities brought by the shift to Digital Transformation, Hybrid Work, Cloud and Mobile technologies, to help you thrive in the long-term.
