Not supported: files that are password protected;

Password-protected PDF files cannot be page-programmed.

Password-protected PDF files with value "High Resolution" for option "Printing Allowed" can be submitted to and printed by PRISMAdirect.

Password-protected PDF files with value "Low Resolution (150 dpi)" or "None" for option "Printing Allowed" cannot be submitted to or printed by PRISMAdirect.
