Get crafting with Creative Park

A selection of paper-crafted animals from Canon's Creative Park, including an owl, a squirrel and a hedgehog.
Creative Park is a great way to bring the whole family together. Why not bring the outside in and craft a collection of cute animal friends?

If you're looking for inspiration, take a peek at the fantastic array of templates available on Creative Park, Canon's free source of paper craft materials for your Canon printer. There really is something for everyone. Maybe you'll kick off by making a 3D giant panda, a cute handheld hedgehog or a set of fortune teller puppets depicting Little Red Riding Hood? Simply select what you want to make, download the template and easy-to-follow instructions, print on the recommended paper and you're ready for hours of fun!

Do you want more of a challenge? Why not try creating a miniature version of a landmark such as London's Tower Bridge, a dinosaur such as a Tyrannosaurus or Triceratops, or a vintage open-top Mercedes Benz 500K? Or if you fancy adding a little colour around the home, there are templates for a butterfly mobile, decorative garlands and even a selection of flowers and vases so you can print and create a paper bouquet.

Make your home come to life

Select your favourite shots and print on Magnetic Photo Paper to customise your kitchen with a colourful collage on your fridge.

Load your printer with Magnetic Photo Paper and you could create a bespoke display for your fridge – and it's simple to reshuffle when you're ready for a refresh. Or why not brighten up your home office with a magnetic mood board to help you focus on your ideas? You can edit your magnets with Canon's Easy-PhotoPrint Editor app to create an instant, eye-catching display.

Switch to Restickable Photo Paper and put together a collage of your favourite people on your mirror or a memento of your last holiday adventures on the living room wall. You can also use Restickable Photo Paper to add a personal touch to laptops, notebooks, cupboards and more. Print restickable pictures of the kids as they reach each height milestone and stick these on their own Creative Park growth chart – they'll love it!

Dress-up your phone

Make boring phone cases a thing of the past with Restickable Photo Paper. It's simple to personalise your smartphone – and change up your vibe whenever you want, to suit your mood.

Most of us carry a smartphone but they can be pretty dull to look at, so why not liven yours up and personalise it as well? You can even use the Creative Park app right on your smartphone to create personalised content straight from your smart device. You can access a collection of patterns and stickers to download and print on Restickable Photo Paper. Once you've printed out your design, trim it to the right size and shape, peel off the backing and smooth it into place. Fancy a change? Simply peel it off and print out a new one. The sticky backing leaves no residue behind, so you can restick and make a change whenever you want.

To take it a step further, why not personalise your smartphone with stickers made from your own favourite photos? It could be your best friends, your kids or your beloved pet. Or print a photo of your own face so everyone can still see your smile when you're using the device. You could even have some fun by making your phone look like something else – a pile of your favourite sweets or a slice of melon, perhaps.

Stand out from the crowd

Personalise your look with customisable iron-on transfers. Print your favourite shots or images onto t-shirts, tote bags or cushions.

Want to make a style statement? Do you have a sports team or group of friends you'd like to unite? Iron-on transfers can be used on many types of fabric, including clothes, bags, scarves and more – they're best on natural fabrics such as cotton and linen. Maybe you've come up with a great t-shirt design, or you want a pillow with your pooch's face on it? Whatever your vision, simply print onto Canon's iron-on transfer paper and iron onto your fabric.

There are two types of iron-on transfers, for light fabric and dark fabric, so you can be sure to get the colours you want whatever you choose to customise. You'll also find a range of iron-on transfer designs on Creative Park, including animals, plants and pictograms.

Share the love

Keep the party going by printing out pictures of friends to hang on your wall. Pop some 5x5-inch Plus Glossy II square photo paper in your printer (or 3.5x3.5 if compatible with your printer) and you can print your favourite shots in Instagram format. These retro-style prints look great anywhere, but they're a favourite for pegging onto a string or ribbon to add some colour to a wall or shelf and create a party atmosphere.

Even if you can't get together to celebrate a birthday or other special day, you can share the love by sending a bespoke card. Canon's 7x10-inch Double-sided Matte Paper comes with a pre-made central crease so you can send out personalised cards in the included envelopes – what a great way to show loved ones how much you appreciate them!
